CF Side Skirt Extensions

Looking for a set of side skirt extensions and found so many brands... Are they all pretty much replicas of each other because I cannot tell a distinct difference between them...

Anyone else in the same position?

I can't speak for other brands, but I'm running Status Gruppe CF (2x2 weave) side skirts on my car which are made in the U.S - they are basically carbon fiber MPE sides.

Status Gruppe makes side skirts? Did not see them on their website or any posts here. Got pics?

Looks like they have bunch of gear in production or near so - including an intriguing version of the rear diffuser that they say will cover up most of the ugly stock exhaust cans! Their front lip looks to be perhaps a nicer version of a full lip compared to others (imo) - interesting! Apparently all to be offered in FRP or 1x1 or 1x2 CF

The OEM plastic pop-rivets (or whatever they're called) are provided.

I have their first set of sides made; "test fit" we'll say, and they fit fine. With that said, I'm not sure what their production time looks like for the sides. Everything else I'm guessing a couple weeks.

Shitty picture of the sides - not a very detailed shot.

Exotic Tuning has M3 side skirt extension in FRP and CF. I have a pair on order and will arrive next month. Pretty good for the price point.

If you don't mind me asking, what is that price point?

I don't see why anyone should pay over $800 for these things.

It appears very clean. I do see the shade of blue but it could be the glare

Yes, white balance is off. I could remove the blue if you'd really like.

Thanks Dut! Our side blades are made using a OEM MPE extension and modding a little to shave some weight. Our side blades are made using USA CF and vacuum infusion process. Each one weights less then 1lb and is more rigid/durable than the OEM plastic pieces. Once released we are shooting for a $700-800 price point. They will be available in 1x1 and 2x2 CF. Please PM us if interested in these or any of our new F8X products.
