I'm using the P3 gauge for code reading/clearing. Most of the service lights/intervals can be reset in the car without a special tool. I haven't done it in an F8x yet but did it in my E9x a few times.

Is there a list of codes out there for the F80/82 yet?

Sorry to revive this old thread, but am looking to get a good scan tool as well. Don't want the Bavarian technic as I don't want to have to use my computer with it

Thank you
