Car repaired after Deer hit - Now 30FF

body shop worked on front passenger fender, headlight, mirror and bumper, but now I'm getting 30FF & max boost is 10 PSI on map5 (used to be 17) ... JB4 tries to clear it but when in map 0 I get it almost instantly... I've gone underneath and checked all FMIC connections, forge DVs etc... everything looks good, vaccum lines were replaced last year too... now I'm scratching my head, I really dont want to do that laborious boost leak test, any ideas ?

When I hit a deer there were 2 things that didnt get fixed properly. I also hit passenger side, as well it took forever. I hope you didnt have an auto transmission.

1) the hot pipe from the turbos to the inter-cooler, the rubber flex piece had a slit in it. I only found it after a lot of testing and moving things around. As its compressed it hid itself well.

2) the vac lines that go over the head one of those had a leak. Had to replace that hose as well, it goes from the vac pump to one of the top of the vac canisters. Those were my 2 leaks. If you are getting to 10 pounds this is where I would start more than the hot pipe.

I would say check the bottom nipples and vacuum lines at the bottom of the canisters. would be pretty easy to tell if its damaged and causes 30FF.
