Unhappy COBB AP V3 Gauge/Logging Issues

Has the following ever happened to any of you?

Flashing went fine. Car drives fine and quick with the OTS Stage 2+ Map. I do have jb4 still connected but disabled, I'm not sure if that would cause the problem.

I need to log for my eTune.

JB4 is not passive and you cannot log with the COBB without removing the JB4.

FWIW you can run the JB4 partially connected if you want the gauge hijacking features without it interfering with your cobb tuner.
