Dashware is free now!

GoPro made the purchase, and made it free.

It should be free. It's a crappy program. RaceRender is superior.

what are you guys using for your telemetry? video? i have always used only a gopro but think it would be nice to see the data as well.. not sure if i should just for a harry's/trackaddict type app or use my GoPro and use seperate telemetry with my phone??

what setups have you guys found to work well or not well?

my goals are not to shave 100ths for time attack but mostly for entertainment's sake and having decent idea even if it's not 99.9% accurate. the reason i don't simply use harry's LT is that i have some reservations using the suction cup holders because i know most weren't designed with track days in mind and i don't need something flying across the cabin or under my feet when i'm out there tossing the car around.

thanks for any input!

matt

traqmate is pretty cool for a grand although harry's is really good if you already have your phone in a mountable place

aim mychron is super cool and CAN bus compatible for at least a few things like rpm but over a grand here as well.

I have both.

I think Dashware has better graphics but RaceRender definitely is better.

Plus, Racerender spits out a 20 minute video in under 20 minutes and Dashware takes an hour to render the same clip.
