Looks great - I particularly like #3 and #5. I'd like to take up the offer but distance is a problem ... Would you care to share your technique and set up at some point?

Good hints Socket and 135. A decent tripod is also a must. I have experimented with using the self timer to avoid camera shake but now have a remote. I will have to play with a suitable light source - that will be the challenge.
Looking forward to seeing the results of the shoot!
