I'd like your opinion on those touchless washes typically found at the DIY car washes. I've always heard the water is super hard and can over time dull the paint. I've heard that having the car caked in salt is better than using those.
If you're familiar with the one in hackensack thats the one I'd use. |

that's the same one I used prior to opening up the shop, I have had no issues with that location. remember after you wash the car you should always try to protect it once dried.

what is the best product to remove salt stains from carpet in the footwell area? I've been using good ol' elbow grease with warm water and soap. It works ok but I'm sure there is a better way...

Your method is a good one, you can add 1Z einszett Plastic Deep Cleaner into the mix and it will assist in your salt removal on carpets well.

DetailersDomain What is the product you recommend for the touchless salt removal described below?
Also, I have a pretty sturdy pressure washer. Is there a product you recommend that I can mix through the pressure washer to foam the car? My pressure washer has a detergent inlet and wondered what could be used with my foam nozzle to get things started before the 2 bucket method... James.
