Black soot on exhaust?
I have the JB4 tune and BMW pump gas flash. Is it normal with this tune to have black soot in exhaust or is this indicative of a problem with the engine timing?

Soot is an indication that you are running your engine and allowing exhaust gases to expel through the tail pipes. Disconnecting the muffler and tailpipes will prevent soot build up
