coolant reservoir issue
Did a coolant reservoir relocate and the fluid that came out won't go back in, have a lot left over? When priming I can feel the top radiator hose is not getting flow, Any ideas? I am guessing air, but usually priming gets that out.
Other odd thing is when I go to prime (hold gas pedal down for 10 seconds) the water pump comes on immediately upon touching gas pedal?

Maybe because hose on coolant tank goes down then up, only way I see routing it?

I think it was a lot of air, I have been bleeding it with the cap off and a lot of air came out and a lot of fluid was sucked back into system.

I've always opened the bleeder screw when topping up coolant, and if someone else is around, I'll get them to start the bleed procedure with the bleed open and then close it as soon as coolant spills over (which is pretty much right away). The longer coolant lines and routing probably arent helping either.

Had to be air, coolant finally sucked into system....put in what I took out by purging with cap off. I still hear some strange popping sound when coolant goes thru head.
I wonder if the coolant hose on bottom of reservoir going upward (way I have it routed) had anything to do with it. Maybe route it so it is lower?

The hose going down then up has to be the issue. The coolant line is designed to be gravity fed much line a turbo drain line.

Found the issue:
Hose goes way up causing air bubble...not gravity fed lol!
