Will my 135i M Sport wheels fit a 2010 BMW 323i?

I own a 135i with style 264 wheels and am looking at putting them on my family's 2010 BMW 323i. I am not sure if they will fit because of sizing and offset.

Specs:
18"x7.5", et49 front
18"x8.5", et52 rear

Anyone have any ideas? Just bought the 323i and it only came with winter wheels so I want to buy some new wheels for my 135i and give the 264's to the 323i.

I know this has nothing to do with your post but for some reason I really like the 135's. I may get one in the future for track only.

I don't know the specs for 323i but for my 330i I needed 20mm spacers up front and custom made 37mm spacers for the back. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the reference MORTON

OP, this setup should work just fine on the 3-series

It will, however, sit fairly "sunken in". If you want it to sit more flush with the fender I'd recommend (F) 20-25mm spacer and (R) 25mm spacer

Hey no problem man thanks for helping out. I figured he would def need spacers at a 7.5 but didn't want to tell him incorrect sizes. You know how I am when it comes to wheels and tires lol clueless.

Thanks to both VMRWheels and MORTON.

I'm very knowledgeable in the 1 series models but know very little about the 3 series.

I was actually looking at ordering the VMR V710's in matte black for my 135i and using my stock 264 style wheels on my parents 323i. The dealership told me yesterday that they aren't possible to use between series vehicles but I know that is just the stealership attempting to sell new wheels from their business perspective which I am not interested in. I will likely order the appropriate spacers and use them as the stealer quoted $3000-4000 for a wheel and tire package for BMW originally wheels and RF tires. But it will actually save me money to buy VMR wheels and a great tire to match for almost half the cost.

Incase of interest, I am looking into 19x8.5/9.5" V710 wheels for my 135i Cabrio in either the matte black or aqua blue (from the third picture).
