Help - Steering Noise

At Low Speeds or Stopped I have a popping noise turning the steering wheel in either direction. Multiple pops until reaching full lock. Any ideas? Haven't had a chance to get under the car yet. Maybe something is loose but just thought I'd get some ideas to check out before I get under there.

Thanks,

Ok will check suspension bits. Don't have camber plates and suspension has not been touched other than M3 control arms.

Steering rack bolts had room to be tightened. Tightened those, tightened away bar mounts, endlinks and motor mounts. Steering rack was most likely the culprit. Noise is gone.

check these strut guides at the top of the strut towers, they swivel as you turn the steering. The front struts sits in it. the rubber can wear out and deteriorate. You can see the top of them under the strut tower braces.
