ECS Tuning
What up fam,
So I live in Toronto, Canada, ordered up some brakes from ECS tuning (their performance kit) and I must say, coming from Ohio it got to my house in 2 days! Even some Canadian shops I order from take 3 weeks, and it was standard shipping. Really impressed with their service, spoke to the live chat advisor too and he answered all my questions. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Only downside which has nothing to do with ECS is Canadian import taxes -.-.- But all in all great service from ECS !! Respects, Drew |

Never use UPS to ship they gouge us for import fees. Use USPS or FedEx. ECS has all options for shipping. I have a PO Box in Ogdensburg which is 40 mins from me in Ottawa. I just go pick my stuff up.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff for my wife's Audi from them.
When I get wheels for my E92 this spring, it will likely be from them. I will probably drive up there to get them, as the 210 mile round trip is cheaper than the $75 shipping (plus can make a family trip to Cleveland out of it). I only wish they weren't in Ohio so I could avoid the sales tax. |

Now when I buy stuff with UPS they screw me always (and without lube), it doesn't matter if it's for business or personal they charge a percentage for a brokerage fee, One time I bought protein powder for like 50$, they wanted $44 in brokerage and tax . I own a Franchise and I have to buy my store items from the US and its the same deal, they only ship with UPS which sucks. If you ship with USPS, when it hits Canada, good ol Canada Post takes over. I rarely have to pay any type of fee or tax with them. Sometimes maybe just the tax but there's never a brokerage fee. The only problem with USPS is they're slow as hell, what may take 2-3 days for UPS is like 7-10 for USPS. Hope this helps. I buy a lot of stuff from the USA so I've learned all this crap the hard way. If I've learned anything it's that when buying across the border UPS is the WORST company to use.
