Coolant temp displayed on Cobb?

I would like to monitor the coolant temp of my car. As you know, the 335 doesn't have it on the normal cluster. However, I have a Cobb AP V3 installed, and I use it to monitor different parameters while driving. Boost, Lambda, Oil Temp, etc. I've searched through the settings and I'm able to display up to 6 of 88 possible parameters. However, in these 88 parameters I could not find engine temp, or coolant temp. I'm wondering if it has a weird name (like lambda vs AFR) or something like that. Surely with 88 parameters, coolant temp would be included. Or does Cobb not have the ability to display coolant temp? Anyone know how to display coolant temp? Please and thank you.

For anyone unfamiliar with the Cobb, I'll provide a list of the 88 parameters that it can display. For anyone who has experience with Cobb, can you please explain with some of the acronyms stand for, and if I did decide to monitor them, what range I'd be targeting?

Here's the list:

Accel Ped. Pos. (accelerator pedal position, pretty obvious, though when I monitor this, even if I go full throttle, it only displays 99.6% is this normal? Why doesn't it display 100%)
Actual Load
Air Temp TB (is this the correct air temp to monitor? Or should I measure the charge air temp)
Baro Pressure
Battery Volt (pretty obvious)
Boost (pretty obvious)
Boost Error (what is this and what are the differences?)
Boost Error D-Fact
Boost Error I-Fact
Boost Error P-Fact
Boost Mean Abs
Boost Over Shoot Factor
Boost Set Limit
Boost Setpoint Factor
Charge AF Rate
Charge Air Temp (is this the air temp I should monitor, or the Air Temp TB)
Cyl1 Timing Cor (it's my understanding these should all be 0?)
Cyl2 Timing Cor
Cyl3 Timing Cor
Cyl4 Timing Cor
Cyl5 Timing Cor
Cyl6 Timing Cor
Cylinder Temp Comp
Dynamic RPM
ECT (is this Engine Coolant Temp?)
Fuel HPFP
Fuel HPFP Req
Fuel LPFP
Fuel LPFP Req
Fuel Mode
Gear (obvious)
IPW Cyl 1 (what's IPW?)
IPW Cyl 2
IPW Cyl 3
IPW Cyl 4
IPW Cyl 5
IPW Cyl 6
Knock Volt Cyl 1
Knock Volt Cyl 2
Knock Volt Cyl 3
Knock Volt Cyl 4
Knock Volt Cyl 5
Knock Volt Cyl 6
LTFT Bank 1
LTFT Bank 2
Lambda Bank 1
Lambda Bank 2
Lambda Req Bank 1
Lambda Req Bank 2
Lambda Value (AFR, should be 14.7 at idle, right?)
Load Max
Load Request Pre
Load Requested
Load To Boost Factor
Load/MAF Comp
MAF
MAF Req
MAF Req WDGC
MAP
Oil Temp (pretty obvious)
Pres to MAF Comp
RPM (obvious)
Req Boost Abs
Req Bst Delta
STFT Bank 1
STFT Bank 2
TPS Act
Timing Cor CAT/ECT
Timing Cyl 1
Timing Cyl 2
Timing Cyl 3
Timing Cyl 4
Timing Cyl 5
Timing Cyl 6
Torque Limit Active
Torque Limit Modifier
Torque Output (obvious, but doesn't help since it reads in Newton Meters)
Torque Requested
VANOS Exh Act CRK (Vanos exhaust actual?) But what's CRK?
VANOS Exh Req CRK (Vanos exhaust required?)
VANOS In Act CRK (Vanos intake actual?)
VANOS In Req CRK (Vanos intake required?)
Vehicle Speed (obvious)
WGDC Temp
WGDC After PID
WGDC Bank 1
WGDC Bank 2
WGDC Base Value

Ok, sorry so long, but those are all 88..... can anyone help me identify or explain what they are and what their range should be displaying if I choose to monitor them? Any help is appreciated, thank you

Isn't there a way to get your stock display to also show coolant temp through some coding or something? I'm talking about the check display where you check your oil level etc.....anybody know how to do this?
