BMw 335I (e92) general emission question

I have a 2009 335I E92 coupe with JB4 and catless DPs. The car is running great and starts up perfect. I am getting ready to take it in for OBDII emission test later this month so I checked my JB4 code reader and its only showing up 1 code which is (29F3) fuel low pressure sensor, from my research. Now I have to major questions.

Surprisingly I am not seeing a O2 sensor code for the DPs, could this be possible for some reason?!?

Will the code (29F3) have any impact on passing/failing the state emission test??
