Is there a master list, website or something that contains ALL the recalls, service bulletins, etc?

Register your vin on BMW.ca and on bmwusa.com

Both sites will tell you wether car needs recall.

There's actually a link named "My BMW" and is the first option on the site, top left.

Also register on BMWusa website, My BMW as well top right.
