How convenient

This morning I take my in to check out rubbing noise from console when the car is cold, and SA tells me that I am overdue for coolant flush and power steering fluid flush. Estimated price for those 2 flushes - ~$550. Also suggested items were new vipers and AC filter for $200. LOL!

Got to love how conveniently these "lifetime" items are due when a person is paying out of pocket and never due during free maintenance period.

coolant flush is very easy on an e90 due to the existence of the electrical water pump~

How much were the vipers? Poisonous or no?
