Modifying FA to enable HBA/VLD

The cheat sheet says to modify the read FA and remove 5AP and 8S4 then VO code FEM_BODY and FLA/KAFAS2.

Does that mean I need to read the FA, edit it, then activate the edited version (without writing it back to the car) then VO code the FEM_BODY and FLA/KAFAS2?

Answer is yes, you write it back out then VO code the others
