Does anyone have a dealer in SoCal, preferably Orange County, that did this for them? Crevier BMW had no idea what I was talking about. I'm on NBT_B so I can't install the latest Connected Drive update

I had the same issue, just tell them you need to have your Integration Level updated because you cannot use the latest ConnectedDrive update due to an incompatibility. When they read your key it will tell them there is a newer I-Level available.

Some dealerships just don't like doing software updates and either bitch about it or just act clueless, nonetheless you definitely need one.

Just curious, what is "NBT_B"? I understand Next Big Thing, but not the B. Is that a No-Nav alternative?

NBT_<letter> is just the firmware revision. So my NBT_H means that I'm on revision H.
