Willing to takeover lease f30

Hi everyone,
I am looking for a F30 to takeover hugely prefer to be in the SoCal Region.
The lease period I am looking for is 6 months and anything below 12 I would still consider. Two things that are a must to me are Parking sensors/backup camera and automatic transmission.

I know you are looking for a F30 but still want to throw it out there. How about a 2014 Lexus 350 F Sport? My lease has 10 payments left with 12000 miles to go. If you are interested, let me know.
