Your favorite Philly (suburbs) driving road...
Thought I would open up a discussion about local favorite driving roads...
I'd say my favorite road is Wrightstown road in Newtown, PA...between 532 and Durham Road (413). What is yours?

I can't argue that...great road as long as nobody is on it!

Back roads between Kennett square and centerville/Wilmington DE. Really beautiful and scenic, especially during spring and fall

35 Minutes from Philly and 5 minutes from my house in West Chester, PA Hands down the most enjoyable road I have driven on locally. Creek Road with a mix of Rt 52, Lenape Road and Smithbridge road . Everytime I did any suspension work on my M, this was my test track for seating the suspension Can hardly wait to get my F80 and drive here.
Here are a few videos in my E90 M from 2013

My personal favorite is near where I grew up in Bucks county. Take Swamp road from Newtown, down Worthington Mill to 232, then all the way to New Hope. Has to be at night though, don't want anyone in front of you.

Could you be more specific? I am always very interested in discovering nice driving roads.

That's an awesome drive. Only problem is that there could be a lot of oncoming traffic depending upon if there are any activities in the area. Be sure to stop at Hank's Place on Rte 1 for breakfast or lunch. |

Actually, even better, take Kirk Rd all the way through, don't make a right on 52. You'll drove through Hoopes Reservoir. Then make a right onto Owl's Nest Rd and follow that up to 52. I'm going to take a similar path when I finally get my car. |
