Problem with BMS DP Fix

I installed a DP Fix on my car a couple of years ago and never really could get it to work properly. Sometimes I have an SES from the O2 sensors but most times I don't. Lately I've been chasing down all of the minor problems with the car and getting them corrected but this one has totally stumped me. I have had the DP fix dial turned to every single position and cleared the codes/ driven per the installation instructions but the codes always come back after 50 miles or so (2C31/2C32). I've triple-checked that it is installed properly as well.

Has anyone had this problem who could point me in the right direction? Is it possible that I just got a defective part?

You shouldn't be driving around with that installed. It's just to pass emissions and that's it.

It will mess with your O2 sensor readings if installed over a long period of time. Remove the DP fix and reset trouble codes. Should be back to normal from that point on.

I believe the issue is that there are 2 O2 signals, but the DPFix only has 1 output. So eventually you get different AFR's between the banks. That's what some people have shown. Lots of people get weird codes with it installed, so they pass emissions and remove.
