Bmw remote app problem

Here is screenshot of my BMW remote app. But it seems 'climate' tab is missing. And I can not figure out how I can search address in google map and send it to the car.

Could you guys tell me what am I missing?

I did want to confirm that I do have the climate tab just so you know that it is possible, but I don't know why yours doesn't appear. I don't see any options in the app that would prohibit climate from appearing.

Probably that's the issue?

Check under setting, your vehicle to see if you have the right car selected. Also check if the app is upgraded to the latest version.

Perhaps the ActiveHybrid 3 model has not this possibility.

Is this the 3.1 version on iOS? I have the climate tab.

They haven't activated you yet or they screwed up. Most likely the latter.

The climate setting only appears in '14MY forward. I have a '13 and don't have it either.

Yeah, they said I would not be able to use it, since it is 2013 model.
I can not search address in the app either.
Good alternative is using Send to Car app. It works great.
