Getting a low battery indication symbol about a minute after shutting the car. Made an appointment to have it checked out by dealer on Tuesday. But I can't uninstall the AP. Have 10amp charger connected but car will not stay in the "on" position. Press start until gauges come on, get AP ready to uninstall and bam, the car reverts to the aux position, gauges off. What to do? Very nervous to bring to dealer with AP still installed. Thanks for any help.

Do you have comfort access? Make sure you are leaving the key in the car when uninstalling. Maybe also let the car trickle charge over night before uninstalling since the battery is weak.
