no connected drive/internet after software update

just got the car back tonight after its been in getting some warranty work done,while it was in it had a software update and now all the internet/widget/connected drive stuff has gone,car is only 2 years old,i thought it was valid for 3 years,has it changed anyone know,its the pro nave nbt

My car only arrived last week and I was informed it comes with 3 years subscription to connected drive. Don't know when mine will be activated though.

Wonder if it something to do with the current issues new owners are having?

As a side. Picked up my new car today & can't get texts to show on the pro Nav system?

They worked fine on my old M135i with my iphone6. Anyone any ideas?

Ah. Just sussed it. I don't have Extended BT on my new car.

So, anyone near MK or Sandy or inbetween that will code it in for me. Don't really fancy doing myself atm, computers not my forte.

You mean it's not working or are the menu options missing? If the options are missing then something went wrong somewhere with the software update I suspect. Try a complete reboot of idrive to see if they show up (press and hold the volume/mute button for at least 10 secs, you will eventually see it shutdown and restart showing a bootup idrive flash screen). If they have not re-appeared then get back to the dealer.

yes the options are not there,its like ive got a lower spec software than was on the car

,i will be on to the dealer tomorrow did not get time tonight
