Trans not upshifting in DS mode

Driving home from the airport last night in DS mode, the trans seemed stuck in 3rd. I could manually upshift using the paddles, but the trans wouldn't upshift automatically. No issues when I changed back to D mode.

Mods in my sig.

Any thoughts...?

How many miles on car ? Have you ever had tranny fluid and pan replaced ?
