new tie for my 397 wheels

Hello,Folks.
I'd like to change my current tire 225 40 R18 to 245 40 R18,but I have some concerns for my new tire set because I install 15mm spacers on my rear wheel,and it looks flush now,if I widen the tire from 225mm to 245mm,I am afraid it will rub,you guys can take a look at the picture I take to help my judge the risk Name: 965_30931379.jpg

If this is a 225 in the pic then a 245 will rub in when your have more people in the car
