SOS Switch

Anyone having problem with the SOS switch?.

Received my car last Friday. Unable to activate the SOS switch. I gave BMW Assist a call. They told me that the problem would be resolved within 48 hours and that I would get a call from them. Nothing yet. Just curious if anyone else had a similar isue. Thanks

I had some issue where my name was spelled one letter wrong in something that was inputted into their system and it took a few days of getting it sorted since they found it once and then put in an incorrect spelling again telling me it had been resolved.

I haven't tested it either but I always flip the cover down and say "unleash hell" when launching the car. Just to scare passengers.

You didn't have to push it to set it all up? I know I did on my last car. Someone came on the line and helped me make sure everything in the registration was correct and activated the system for me. No missiles launched to my knowledge...
