Looking for a reasonable rental around Redmond/Bellevue?

I am on corporate housing at Mercer Island and the commute to work is a freagin pain. Anyone knows anybody who is renting out their condo at a reasonable price? geezz...price here is almost as crazy as NYC. Hoping to look for something with a garage or covered parking.

Bellevue and reasonable rental is an oxymoron (at least if you are looking to get a nice place). Might be better to buy a condo.
