Vibration under braking-BMW diagnostic fee

I am new here but got my 2008 328i two years ago. Car had aftermarket brakes so got the front rotors and pads replaced last year, and rears replaced six months ago from a dealer.

After a month of replacing the rears, my car started vibrating when I brake from 70/80 or above. I think its the rears since there is no shaking in the steering. Car vibrates and there is vibration felt in the seats.

So I called couple of gta bmw dealers (since I'm moved) to see if the brakes are covered under some sort of warranty. One dealer said $180 diagnostic fee while the other said $160. What do you guys suggest I do?
