Carbon fiber wrap rear diffuser and front splitters

I was thinking about carbon fiber wrapping the rear diffuser, front splitters, and maybe even the mirrors caps with glossy carbon fiber wrap, and have the following questions,
have any one tried it?
Any issues with heat coming from the exhaust fir the rear diffuser?
How much did it cost?
Any good places in cali?
Is it reservable without damaging the original paint?

Try plastidip. If you do it right, it looks good. worst case you peel it off and are out a few bucks. I did mine and it makes the diffuser piece match the little black plastic pieces on the sides of the bumper. It looks totally oem. I wanted to go CF wrap route and went as far as getting a piece of the vvivid vinyl glossy CF, but I couldn't get a good wrap. So I tried plastidip, thinking it would be a temporary solution until I could get it professionally done. It looked so good, that I just kept it.

Oh to answer your question... I tried it and wrapping is harder than it looks. I wouldn't do it on the mirror caps because it is such a visible part. The diffuser and splitters would be ok because nobody gets on their hands and knees to really look at it. The vvivid vinyl gloss cf wrap looks ok, but to be honest, it is so dark that I don't think you would be able to see the CF texture from a few feet away.... you have to get really close.

I'm planning on getting it professionally done if i decide to go the wrapping route, my only worry is the heat coming from the exhaust will miss up the wrap and if i decide to take the wrap off i wonder if it will miss up the paint
