Anyone having these rubber seal issues?

Hello friends! I have this problem with the rubber seals under both of the rear exterior mirrors. I used the product of BMW for caring rubber and 24 hours after that, I realized the issue. Thank you, very much!

Havent seen that on my car, but I know all of my exposed door seals are highly oxidized in the 2 months Ive had the car. Need to see if dealer will replace.

Hello Definitive … I have one month with my car and the problem began after I applied the product of BMW. I was trying to avoid damage to the rubber seals secondary to being exposed to UV rays or heat. The dealer told me something about I have to wait until the seals loose liquid (I mean the product is oily but very fluid, something like WD-40)… I think that part of the seals are like sponges.

That looks pretty bad almost like it's been stretched out. I would say you need to ask your dealer to replace the rubber.
