Keep it clean and keep it waxed. You'll be fine. I live 200yards from the ocean with intracostal separating me from the mainland and mine is doing fine even with constant sand and salt in the air.

...pollen and dust will not "destroy" your car's paint you !@!*#. Watch out for tree sap, spilled gasoline, bird $!## and squished bugs (...that are acidic).

Yeah, bugs are the worst, at least for me. I work the third shift and when I'm driving to work at night from Spring to Fall while it's warm out, I crush hundreds of them on my 40 mile commute. I've actually considered changing my vanity plates to "BGKLLR", lol. That's how bad it gets where I'm at.

I've heard that gasoline won't actually hurt your paint, but it can definitely wipe out your wax.

I won a black car and park around trees, my car is always dusty but it's so cool lol. I keep sealer and wax on and do it every 3 months to help with uv protection.

why not consider Cquartz Finest or your favorite Nano Sealant and not have to worry about elements for quite some time.

Does your car suffer from hay fever?

Not having a garage sucks! Especially when you're sharing 1 with 2 other people with shitty cars that love to park under it instead of you.

i feel you OP, having no garage sucks ass. My home's garage is occupied with other roommates' stuff, thus I have to leave all of my tools at my mom's apartment garage. Any time when I need to work on my car, I always have to rush to finish the job quickly because I cannot leave my car at her garage over night.

I cannot wait to buy a house so i can turn the garage into my man cave. Throw in a big screen, ps4&ps3, htpc, a fridge, a couch, a lift, and a bunch of tools
