extra steps for XI: water pump?

Does anyone know the exact extra steps that are needed to replace the T-stat/WP for an 08 335xi coupe.

Also, just wanted to confirm that BMWhat will be all I need to reset the WP before install? Thanks.

If I remember correctly theres extra suspension components and front axel is beefier. Its more of a tighter squeeze to remove/install the WP & t-stat if youre laying on your back. As for the exact suspension parts I dont recall
Theres nothing to reset, unless it has a code alrdy. It should be a plug and play install.

Thanks for the reply. I ended up taking out the intercooler and radiator fan to get that extra room since I noticed that it doesn't look like the sway bar is going to be able to hang out of the way without moving the other pipe that runs below it (not the power steering u-shaped pipe, it's just a long pipe, not sure if it can be moved).

I can clearly see 3 hoses from the tstat(held down by clip clamps). I'm assuming the hoses for the WP are facing the other way (1 that goes to the t-stat that I don't really need to remove, and can remove with the WP and T-stat together? and the other out for the WP).

In total there are 4 hoses (2 clip clamps and 1 screwclamp on the tstat, and 1 screw clamp on the WP), that I need to remove to be able to take both out, and then there's the U shaped hose between them that I can separate after they are out, for a total of 5 hoses? Am I missing another hose that needs to be removed. Thanks.

A hose should go over were the yellow cap is.Should be same hoses go were they came off from the old WP as to the new WP. And yes the bleed procedure can be done while on ramps
