Just curious what tires you received on your 4 series

Hey guys,

My 435 GC should arrive soon. I got the 442 wheels in orbit grey. But just curious what tires came with your car...either on the 18" or 19" wheels and what you think of them.

Thanks!

19" 442 wheels, Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFT.

They are fine. I never have the need to drive the car hard and it has barely rained a day or two in the 6 months I've owned it, so I can't speak much on the tire's capabilities. I still swapped them out for Michelin PSS, though. Ride on the Pilot Super Sports is a little better of course.

Thanks, I currently have a E92 M3 with the Michelin PSS, and I like them. They are quiet and pretty good for wet and dry (although it barely rains here in LA). So this is really the comparison I was looking for...

I got Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFT, but they are wearing out like crazy.
Grip is great in the dry, but they tend to give out quite early when it's wet.

But anyway, this is going to be the last time I'm having these.
I'll get the Michelin PSS as others have mentioned.

Bridgestone Potenza S001 RFT

Definitely switching to Michelin all seasons when they run out...

For the S001 RFTs you'll be lucky to get 20K out of them, especially the rears. This is pretty much the same with all Max Performance tires.

S001's for me as well. Getting a bit concerned about how fast they'll wear out. It's been raining a lot here lately and I've found the grip to be good. Have never felt unstable yet but then again I'm not drifting around corners on the way to work.
