SOLD --- Avant Garde M359 / Michelin PSS tires / OEM TPMS
FOR SALE: Avant Garde M359 with Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and OEM BMW TPMS installed, but only works with our cars if manufactured between 2006 and August 2010. My car is a 2011, but was built in June 2010, hence the pre-lci TPMS. Front: 19x9 ET35 235/35-19 Rear: 19x10 ET38 265/30-19 I bought these last year when I started working from home, and now my wife is pregnant and comfort is key, so I put 18" wheels and fat tires on instead. One 3400 mile road trip to Dallas and back broke them in, plus just over 4,000 miles from two trips to the Bay Area, two to Vegas and two to Phoenix. This is my "work" car (it's a diesel) so I don't use the car for short trips around town. I was at stock camber the entire time the wheels were installed and have had the rears and fronts "rotated/re-balanced" once after getting two warranty replacement tires installed. I had a bubble in the sidewall of one of the tires, and they found a bubble in another tire while I was there, one front and one rear. That was just after Dallas, at about 3,500 miles. Wheels: Both rears are in excellent condition. Both fronts have a little bit of curb rash and that is considered in the price point. One of the fronts is barely noticeable, and the other one has noticeable curb rash. I'm legitimately as OCD as they come... I know a huge deal is made about it and for $150 both wheels can be repaired to look as new as the rears, but that's up to you. For the price, its a steal, especially with OEM TPMS included. $1400 takes the wheels/tires/tpms, and they're mounted and balanced, ready to install. BMW center caps not included. "M" logo is not included with one of the wheels because its brand new and they took my other wheel which had a manufacturing defect (pinhole). REAR #1 (brand new) REAR #2 FRONT #1 FRONT #1 DIFFERENT ANGLE FRONT #2 FRONT #2 DIFFERENT ANGLE Last edited by austinla335d; 02-20-2015 at 01:19 PM.. |

Ad has been updated and now TPMS is included! They are mounted and balanced, ready to go...
Also, Avant Garde has my replacement wheel set aside and is going to swap it out, so the set will be mounted/balanced with both rears having zero curb rash. |

BUMP with the requested tread depth of each wheel, and the pictures of the damaged tires that were replaced to demonstrate the wheels were unaffected... remember, local pickup only. Thank you.
This is the newer rear which was replaced (reference pics below). It has approximately 2mm MORE tread depth than the other rear tire. This is the newer front tire which was replaced (reference pics below). It has approximately 2mm MORE tread depth than the other front tire. For reference, this is 1 of 2 tires that were replaced under warranty at 3,500 miles. Last edited by austinla335d; 12-03-2014 at 09:00 PM.. |

The tires are $1100 Michelin PSS, not $500 Triangle or Nankang. Never mind that this wheel set includes OEM TPMS installed. Just saying dude. But hey, you got your post count up! |
