music rattle from outside/ 1 exhaust pipe is lower

I have come across two problems that bother me on a day to day basis and im wondering if anyone else has run into them too or if something is wrong

first, i play music through bluetooth so once i leave the car i can still hear my music until i lock the car and usually when theres a song with pretty heavy bass playing(my bass is not turned up all the way but its up a good amount) it sounds like from the outside of my car that something is rattling or like the kind of sound you hear when you put something loose in your cupholder and have that vibrate around if you know what i mean

second, i have a 2012 335 and noticed that my right exhaust pipe is lower than my left, about an inch, and im assuming this is not normal? is it because something hit it and put it into a lower position? i tried pulling it up a little but im scared to break anything. what should i do?

First problem is normal. Except its not really a problem. Its how comfort access cars work. Second on is absolutely not. Go under the car and see if theres anything you can adjust

The lower exhaust is not normal. That is something they will fix under warranty. Got a pic?

The infamous rattle...I have it, and so do plenty of others. Not sure about a fix for that yet. The exhaust I'm sure can be adjusted.

I also had the first rattle issue. Resolved with a piece of foam...

Thanks for all the replies! Im quite surprised that the rattle was something most people noticed too.. i thought i was just being very nit picky. i will be trying this fix as soon as possible. And for the lowered exhaust pipe, ill take a look underneath the car to see if anything is unusually and i will be posting pictures later on too.

also, just one more thing. does anyone hear the rattle when you close the doors too? you dont have to slam it to hear it but with a little force it sounds like the door is made of something very cheap
