..::PSI::.. Prototype BC Racing Coilover Testing

We have been working with BC Racing to develop multiple coilover options for the F8x market. During the testing stage, we wanted to share some photos with everyone to show the coilover system installed, and how our M4 sits at a variety of ride heights.

There will be multiple options available and all will include camber plates.

More info to follow as it becomes available, but for now enjoy the photos!

Perfect! I remember the last pictures the front wheels were sticking in a little more, did you put spacers on the front?

^ Damn, if that's no spacers I may have to reconsider these wheels! That's how my car would sit too.

Package deal with BC coilovers?

This might help give you a better idea of how our Sakhir M4 sits with the BC Racing coilovers. Here are two F80 M3s we have in for upgrades and our Sakhir M4 all side-by-side to compare the suspension options and ride heights these cars have.

Keep in mind, we are still experimenting with different settings and height adjustments.

MW F80 M3 - Stock suspension and no spacers (for now).

SO F82 M4 - BC Racing Coil Overs (prototype setup).

AY F80 M3 - H&R Sport Springs (F80 Specific) with 15mm spacers all around.

The ride quality is great, we are dialing in the best spring rate and camber plate setup now.

More information to come soon.

If we install these coilovers, will we get any kind of error codes because of the adaptive suspension the stock cars have?

You need custom coding to remove the EDC light or the hardware sold by KW for the defeat. (We just code it out) - Hope this helps!
