I'm wanting to sell or lease transfer my 2013 335i. The car is Glacier Silver/Black and has the Sport Auto transmission. Options on the car:

M Sport with 19" 403M wheels
Premium Package
Sport Auto Trans
Rear-view camera
Heated Front Seats
Park Distance Control
Navigation
HK sound

Lease Information:
Payments are $580 per month. I don't know how taxes work with leases, when transferring. I leased my car in Maryland, and paid taxes upfront.

Current mileage on the car is about 25,000. The lease is a 15k/year mileage. Therefore, about 20,000 remaining mileage. I would be willing to purchase some mileage upfront, that would transfer with the lease, to the new owner.

Lease ends 9/7/2016

Residual is $30,855

Current payoff is $41,627

I believe we all know the details with a lease transfer through BMW - cost is around $550, and you need to submit the application through them.

Car is in great shape, of course. I'm selling it because I'm now working from home and use it to drop off my kids at school/practice/lessons - basically, a soccer dad now...haha. I don't see the benefit of paying $580 per month for my scenario.
