Passenger vent control

Any idea if the passenger vent control is suppose to be like this or do I need tech pkg to have all 3 vent output? Seems like Im missing the top vent output for the passenger side (up arrow)

there is no windshield passenger vent

I caught that a few days ago, I have all the packages.

No manual window air distribution for the passenger.

ya... although the driver side one points a bit to the passenger side....

stick your head on top of the dash and you will see

This is simply to control window defrost, not sure why the passenger would need control of that independently...

Ahh no, passenger need top vent when is hot during summer to cool off the entire car. This is the first car (any car) that doesnt have it so why make it sound like its normal

Theres a seperate defrost function

The defrost function just uses the top vents at full fan speed...
