Cost of carbon ceramic brakes retrofit?

What would need to be changed/replaced to replace iron brakes with carbon ceramics?

Rotors, calipers with pads, fluid?

Is that it?

E.g. if I purchased these parts, it would just fit and run?

That's pretty much it. S2NKA-specific brake booster is needed as well.

why on earth would you bother? won't improve braking. just lighten your wallet a good deal. paint the calipers austin yellow and save 5 figures.

Get the Brembo BBK, it will be much better and cheaper.
The way to get the CCB is to order it with the car, the retrofit cost more than twice more.

I made sure I was sitting down before clicking on this thread.

The carbon vs. iron brakes debate has raged on for years on Porsche forums. The unsprung weight savings seem great, but I cannot get over the initial cost or the rotor replacement cost.

Right. I'm sticking with the iron brakes. $15K is absurd.
