New wheels, 8.5/9.5

This week i got a set of 18 inch VMR V703s in 8.5 +35 and 9.5 +45
I used the stock MPSS tires on them (225/245) pictures below.

Then i decided to try something else because the tires looked a bit stretched on the wheels.

I decided to move the 245/35 rears to the front and stick a set of 265/35 RE-01 on the rear since my friend had a few laying around his garage. Will post those pictures i can.

Let me know what you guys think.

Looks good. You should post more pictures.

You're on stock suspension, right?

Yup, stock suspension. I doubt ill be able to lower it later because the wheel in the back already comes out passed the fender, but we will see. I will post some pics with the 265 out back if it works.

With those rears you might be able to drop, looks like the stretch would tuck in nicely.

Sorry for the lack of pics guys, car has been at the shop since saturday because they over tightened the pressure sensor nut at the dealer, and the i asked them to mount the other tires.

Should be grabbing the car today or tommorow and will make sure to get plenty of photos to get everyone an idea of how much room there is or isnt left in the fender wells.

Update, just found out that the 265/35s were a little too big and rubbed pretty bad. Back to the little tires for now.

OP, do you think a 255/35 rear would fit?

Did it rub inside or outside? Thanks.

It stuck too far outside the fender and i'm guessing due too liability reasons they said that if i hit a large bump it could definitely run right into the fender. (I will try it again later on my own because the inside was fine i'm pretty sure)

I feel like if I put it on H&R Springs it would look pretty good with those tires the way they are but a 255 or a lower profile 265 would be nice for traction.

Anyways here are more pics as you gentlemen requested...

This color combo is money, very nice!! Definitely needs a drop though.. hopefully you can pull it off. It would certainly open up more wheel options for us!

One more pic request. Can you get a picture from the rear that shows where the wheel sits right below the fender?

I think so too, id say a 48 offset instead of 45 would be better

if it bothers you, you should be able to take them to a machine shop and get 3mm shaved off the hub side. it is commonly done. personally, I think your wheels look great.
