Steering Mode M235

Is it possible through I drive to put the M235 in "sport mode" (which I would assume give you a tighter steering feel), and leave the suspension and transmission in "comfort mode"

I thought I might have read that somewhere in these threads, but havent been able to find it

I don't think there's any way to change the steering weight without also changing the suspension.

The bulletin for model year changes for 2015 specifically stated:

Servotronic power steering can now be configured using the Dynamic Driving Control toggle switch on the center console, separately from the existing chassis and drivetrain settings.

The problem is, there seems to be a button missing.

So you are completely missing the button that has 'Sport' and 'Eco Pro' on it? Because that is the Dynamic Driving Control switch.

Don't cry about the foot sensor, that piece of crap never ever ever worked on my 335i. Always looked like a moron flapping my foot about under the car trying to get it to open. Every 10th time or so it would work.

The foot sensor works reliably on our 2012 328i. The trick is to stand further away from the car than you would expect (at least a step back.)

Yesterday I caught myself waving my foot under the trunk of my Miata :-)

Does anyone know how to do this?

I just received my MY2015, looked through every menu, the driving dynamics control switch only switched between Eco pro, comfort, sport and sport +

Seems just like the MY2014 I just gave back

On my MY2015, I can go to Settings -> Driving Mode -> Sport. From there I can configure sport to operate with the drive train, chassis, or both activated when I select sport mode. Theoretically it's tied the key fob although I haven't tried it yet.

I'm not sure which package, if any, that option is offered with.

When I picked up my M235i from the dealership, the salesman tried to demonstrate the hands-free trunk opening. I let him wave his foot a couple of times before letting the poor guy know it wasn't included.

Seriously...this guy got a $300 credit: http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showt...ghlight=credit

When I mentioned it to BMW NA, they first claimed that my specific car was faulty. I said others had the same issue, too. I was then put on hold and eventually told that the "genius team" said this was not included on the M235i and was an issue with the dealership... Even though I explained several times that the keyless trunk opening was advertised on BMW's website...
