Do SA's give cash/rewards for referrals...namely Otto's BMW?

i have referred 3 people to my CA at Ottos and have not even received even a thank you. this ONLY surprises me because at Desimone BMW (Marlton, NJ) my CA sent me $100 check for the one referral i sent him?

anyone else have any experiences with referral rewards? more specifically at Otto's (West Chester, PA)?

Do you mean CA (Client Advisor)???

Why would a SA send/cut you a check for sending customers their way???

I understand if it were a CA, then yes, they will send/cut a check to you for referrals. At least, mine has done so. But a SA? For service? No way!
