stacking tunes question

i went thought a pretty big debate on which tune i wanted to go with. I bought a jb4 and ended up being the wrong harness so i re sold it...

decided to look for a cobb and ended up buying a v3. But the day before i bought the cobb a also bought a procede. have installed the cobb and things are good.. now i have a procede sitting here doing nothing

i have read a lot about people stacking the jb4 and cobb with upgraded turbo or running meth but can it be done with a procede or is there something that cobb or vishnu failed to do that would make that not possible??

long story short... can i stack a cobb v3 and a procede rev2.5? if so are there any benefits besides gauge hacking with the procede? thanks

why did you buy procede? If you want to stack it would really help to have some actual support for the product (in case something goes wrong) which you will not get with procede.
There is really no reason to run procede anymore as there are no benefits over the new JB4s and Terry supports the JB4 extremely well especially if you stack with Cobb.

I know that the proceed for the n55 is out of production and that is ok by me. Do you actually know if it will work or if there will be any benefits or are you just posting to tell me I made a bad purchase and I should get a jb4 because that's what you have/want? Or maybe just to +1 your post count??

Just wanting to know if there is any benefit to installing the procede...

And you said there is no benefit over the jb4... Does that mean it will do everything the jb4 will do just without support from Vishnu??

I do not use proceed or jb4 and I have no connection to either. I have cobb only and that is what I would recommend if you have stock turbo, otherwise I see no benefit to a stack. If you have an upgraded turbo and want to run lots and lots of boost (ie > 21psi) then there are definite benefits to the JB4/cobb stack.
I don't give 2 shits about my post count on this forum.
It is just odd to me that you purchased the proceed when there is so much negative feedback and you don't appear to know much about any of this. I would suggest you do more research before future purchases...or not, its your money.
I don't know for sure if it will work to stack procede with the cobb but I know you have to configure the JB4 specifically to work with the cobb (generally the JB4 will just be controlling the boost curve and the cobb flash takes care of the rest). Because of this fact, I highly doubt the procede will work nicely or safely with a cobb stack.

Thanks. I was just looking for some input. The procede was practically free so I figured I would give it a shot before I spend 4-500 on a jb4.

It's probably possible but it will need to be configured to be stacked. It doesn't come out of the box so to speak ready to be stacked. I'd suggest contact someone like WedgePerformance (a member here).

Thanks Jeff. I actually spoke with wedge yesterday and and he said the same thing. I'll just stuck with the cobb fit now and he is going to make map for me and I'll get a jb4 down the line if I decide to go with meth or upgrade my turbo.
