Detailed shots of the CRT paint option
There has been a large volume of new owners asking what the "CRT" paint theme option is on the M-Performance F80 & F82 M4 trunk spoilers. Here are some detailed shots showing the custom paint option by iND. The CRT idea comes from BMW's E90 "CRT" M3 where they used red accents on the front lip, trunk spoiler and hood vents.

That looks stunning
I really did not like the M-Performance CF rear deck spoiler on light coloured cars because it looks "disconnected" or "tacked-on" IMO (Looks great on black cars though). But with this simple painted line it integrates perfectly. Now I would seriously consider one . You guys rock |

Hey Nate, Andrew or any of you wonderful IND folks. Could you get a couple measurement's for me please? Wondering if the M4 spoiler may fit the vert. Looking at the trunk of my car tonight and the third break light is sitting pretty low, from the top of the trunk. Just measured, a basic measurement, of the break light. The top of the light strip is about 1/2 inch below the surface of the trunk. The bottom portion of the light is a little over 1 1/2 inch from the surface of the trunk. The light is 15 3/4 inch long. It appears from the photo on your web page, the cut out on the bottom of the spoiler might allow it to fit over the light. Thanks.
K I did a crappy edit on your picture, but you get the idea of the measurements needed. Looking at the your photo again, it appears that the M4 trunk may be different then the vert trunk? The top of the vert trunk, where the light is, has about a 45 degree tapper from the vertical trunk. I can send a picture of the trunk if I'm not making sense? I really want a version of this spoiler to fit. Just looked at your photo's above in this post. The M3 trunk appears to have the same taper as the vert. |

This looks fantastic. One other thought I had. Is it possible to have the whole front/top of the spoiler painted to better blend in with trunk and then just have the underside as exposed CF?
