Considering a BMW optioned like this...
I made this thread before but now have some more calculations I am wondering if would be correct?
2015 335i xDrive Alpine White M Sport Package Premium Package w/ Black Dakota Leather Technology Package Driver Assistance Package Dynamic Handling Package Cold Weather Package Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps Rear Spoiler Painted White Matte Black Front Lip/Splitter 403M Wheels When building this package on BMW's Build Your Own system and then adding the price of the Front Lip/Splitter I get an MSRP of about 62k Would it be possible to get a lease of around 600-650 on that? If the price builder is giving an MSRP of 62k, I did a un4gettable test drive and had 1500 credit from that, also I saw a commercial about 2000 innovation credit for an additional test drive, plus my family has a 2013 5 series under lease right now so could I get extra credit from that? If I could manage to get the MSRP down to 55k, with a residual value that I saw from the 2013 MY which was 59% that would mean (55,000 * .41)=22,550/3=7516.66/12=626/month plus whatever tax for a 3 year lease? Am I doing that right? |

Disclaimer: I am not a finance expert.
The un4gettable event is a $1000 coupon. You forgot the finance charge (the money factor). The residual will likely be 61 or 62, and is usually based on the MSRP. (though im not 100% sure if BMWFS does it that way) So lets assume: MSRP: 62000 Cap Cost: 55000 Residual (62000*.61): 37820 MF: .0013 Term: 36 Monthly depreciation (CC-RV)/36 = $477.22 Finance Charge: (CC+RV)*.0013 = $120.67 Total monthly: 597.88 This assumes you are paying all taxes, doc & delivery fees upfront. And of course assumes my RV, MF and math is right

Off topic of the payment: I forget if its lumped into one of the packages, but add the HK sound system. It adds $600 to the MSRP but definitely worth it.

I really hope I can get it for somewhere between $550-600 including tax, that would be a great great deal and I only want 10k/miles a year. Hopefully I can negotiate price around 54-55k for a 59k MSRP.

I got another question for you guys, I was looking around and I think I may have found a car I want at a dealership in the US and would have to have it shipped to me. It doesn't have black grilles, a front splitter, or rear spoiler, can those options be ordered and factored into the lease price?
