After gathering inspiration from various Bimmerpost threads for my BMW 328i M Sport, I thought I would upload a few pics and solicit some suggestions on any further modifications that may be worthwhile both aesthetically and more importantly performance-wise.
The prior owner cracked the air box and broke the mass airflow sensor most likely due to the various air intake mods. I have also had cylinder head injector issues all under warranty though. So I am hesitant with new performance mods, unless others have had better luck on the F30s. Thanks. Feature Highlights: Alpine White BMW 328i M Sport RWD, eight-speed automatic, lighting package, M Sports suspension (lowered 10mm), 18" M Sport M400 wheels, 225/45-18 front and 255/40-18 rear Goodyear runflat tires, sensatec leather interior (love it!) and Harman Kardon Surround Sound System. Non-OEM Modifications: Macht Schnell Competition Wheel Spacers (10mm front, 15mm rear), Alpine White painted front markers, white halogen front turn signals, blacked out BMW logo front and rear, AFe dynamic air scoop, Magnaflow 335i #15271 cat-back dual split rear exhaust, polished stainless tips and M sticker on M Sport shifter. M Performance parts: Matte black front splitter, matte black rear deck spoiler, 335i rear diffuser, M Performance rocker panel stickers, rocker blades painted alpine white, M Performance floor mats, gloss black kidney grilles and BMW M door sills. Some future considerations: - Increase tint to 20% or higher - Paint calipers black (OEM brakes work great) - Replace 18" M400 wheels with 19" M403s, chrome or black - Stage 2 AFe intake system or other (Would like proven performance gains) - Down pipe (if gains are worth it and proven) - AFe Scorcher module or other (Again if gains are worth it or Dinan creates one) - 3m clear bra (too many chips to paint) A few pics: (My apologies for the limited quality from the smart phone camera) |

First question - where did you get the sticker that goes into the sport shifter?

That looks awesome! Personally, I would paint the wheels black, for a more complete look. Not everyone's cup of tea though. Get the clear bra too. Mine has paid for itself countless times over and it looks great even after three years.
Sorry, my suggestions aren't performance related. |

Secondly, did you do the 3M spray yourself or have it professionally done? Thanks. |

If you're interested in blacking out the wheels, get it painted instead of plasti-dipped. |
