Taking Delivery Tomorrow

Hope the guys on E90Post don't see this yet....

After a year and a half with my E90 my last repair bill did it for me, I just couldn't keep spending on my car, it didn't make sense. I truly loved my E90, every minute of modding and working on it. Also met some great people at meets and thru e90post.

Went a few days ago and decided to trade in my E90 for an F30 to lease, as much as I love the face that I owned my car I love the fact that nothing on this new car will be my problem if it breaks.

Tomorrow at 1pm I will be taking delivery of:

2014 328i XDrive
Black Sapphire on Black Dakota
Cold Weather
Premium
Nav
BMW Online, Apps

Kinda disappointed it didn't have sport but whatever, my lease deal was amazing on this.

So, any F30 tips or tricks I should know? Nuances of the car? Cant wait to become an active member on the site!

Here was my E90, is currently back to stock with all mods gone

A no-line 328i xDrive? Wow that must have been an AMAZING lease deal.

I usually don't like the E90 look, but this type (is it a "luxury" model?) I like! Looks neat.

Welcome to the F30

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not but ill just say no other dealership could come within 80 dollars per month of the deal I got.

Thanks for the welcome

My car was tastefully modified, I called it OEM Plus.

It has an M3 Front bumper with LCI Hood and Headlights, and it actually has F30 Sport wheels!

Congrats! I came from an E90 and E92 and it took me a bit to warm up to the F30. Now I love it! The N20 is awesome. Enjoy!

Wheels

Anyway you can hang into the 397's and put them on yer new 328? That alone will freshen it up from the "no line" appearance. I did the same with my 14 335 no line. I'm not big into modding and crazy after market wheels. I love the look of the 397's on the f30

I would but I sold them when I parted out my E90.

The 397's look great on both the E9X and the F3X

And look, another Long Islander!

Being a previous owner of a 2011 e92, I can tell you that you make the right choice by trading your older e90 for a new f30. The f30 is a great car. Congrats and Enjoy your new car.

I think I remember your post on the e90post tristate Facebook page about your E90s problems. I think I commented on it. You made a wise move, but if I were you, I'd budget some money for mods - get the Dinan springs, BMS Stage 1, and the 397 wheels.

You'll be glad you did.

Congrats, I've had my F30 for 3 months, and I love it. Put too many miles on it already, but it brings a smile on my face everyday when I drive it. Still E90s though.
