I know bmw underates there hp. So I was told my 14 335i xdrive is actually 4.9 for 0 to 60 it's a 6 spd is that true?

not sure about the 0 to 60 times but that isnt an accurate factor for HP. One impacts the other but so do other things like shift times, sport indicators, tunes that change transmission dynamics etc. No HP gain but can increase 0 to 60 times.
However, you are correct that BMW does act conseratively on the HP they rate the vehicles at. That is why you see a lot of people in dynos trying to get accuate measures on them. Again the amount of HP estimated versus your actual is not something we can really speculate on. Some dyno results have yielded as much as 10 HP differnces while other have only shown just a few. I suspect that you can probably be safe and say that you are aboue 1% over the actual rated HP based on the various reports out there but the most accurate way to figure that out is about $100 and 15 minutes on a dyno.
