v2 install??

how is the v2 installed? i put it on the car and have it hooked up to my laptop but it says its version 1? can anyone help me out?

in all seriousness, did u receive the procede w/ 1 harness or 2? Did u purchase the V2 upgrade? Did you upload the new firmware for V2? Did you visit the Vishnutuning.com forum and follow the instructions?

yes i did. what i said was i recieved the procede with 1 harness. . i purchased the v2 but didnt recieve the v2 harness. how would uploading the v2 firmware help if im missing the harness?

you wouldnt know this by vishnu's website, but the v2 harness is EXTREMELY backordered. Some people have been waiting 3+ months for it. They hope to be all caught up by february

I suggest e-mailing vishnu with your order number and asking for a status on your v2 update harness.

You must run v1 with the harness you have. Also, vishnu suggests installing version 1.47 and running it for a few weeks to make sure everything is good BEFORE installing the v2 upgrade.

Also... Jeez... What a bunch of a-holes... this forums is full of people just looking for an excuse to make wise cracks on some newbie... my apologies to you sir...

Looks like you only have V1, this is probably due to the fact that there is a backlog for V2 orders currently. Based on Shiv's comments this week you will probably receive your V2 harness late January if you just recently ordered your V1 and V2 together.

Be patient and enjoy your V1, upgrade to V1.48 when Shiv releases it, then upgrade to V2 when you receive it and enjoy it even more.
